You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please note that the return period begins on the day you receive the item, not the day of purchase. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to ensure it falls within the eligible timeframe.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
  • A return request must be initiated within the 14-day return period

Cost of Return Shipping
